From Divine Interruption, I'm Sarah Hildreth Rankin. And this is Reading the Room. Hi, welcome to my first episode of Reading the Room.
I'm very excited to be here today and actually doing this. I'm just so thrilled to be sharing this part of my life. It's where my passion lies.
It's what I'm excited about. It's what I love more than honestly anything. Just being able to connect with people on a deep level and also do that energetically, reading energy.
I love it so much. It gives me life, and that's what I need right now. So I want to thank everyone for submitting questions.

I'm not sure what the format of this series is going to be, because sometimes I can get really into the energy and I can keep reading. So I'm not sure what's going to happen.
I was hoping to do multiple questions per show, but it might just be one if I kind of get really locked into the energy and just want to keep going. So we will see.
But yes, I can understand if anyone feels a bit tentative or weird or shy about sending a question my way. It is very vulnerable. And I fully understand that.
It is, I don't know, it's sometimes hard to share those things. And I've been there and I'm still there often. But I just want to say this is a safe space.
Um, you will be anonymous. I'm just going to be using your initials. And I'm just, I don't know.
I'm just really honored to do this. And I do just really want to be of service.
And I want to support each and every one of you, anyone who is interested in this and this is for you, or even if you're just curious, we can look at the deepest parts of your soul and everything from your ancestral lineages to your soul's essence to
any sort of contracts you have in this lifetime with other people or your purpose. Or we can look at, you know, why does your cat look at you funny in the mornings, or you have some sort of weird cough in your throat.
If you're just looking for another perspective, because that's why I just love connecting with energy and with our souls, because we are going to receive so many different layers of information that can support us.
It's never just like, oh, one thing. No, it's it's layers. And whatever we're ready for at that time, that's a lot of the times what will come through.
It's exactly what we need to hear. That doesn't mean that it is necessarily always the absolute truth. This is this is this.
It just means whatever's gonna come through is going to help you in some way. That may be healing you in some way, that may be activating something in you, that may be triggering something in you.
Maybe something I say in the way that I say it is gonna make you feel really irritated. But that's what you needed in that moment to shift your perspective or change something in your energy. So it's it's just kind of the best.
I just feel like there's so many layers to it versus, you know, a lot of the things we do in our daily life, things can be very linear. It's like, no, this is your condition. This is what you have, and this is the medication you need.
And it's just one perspective. But when we open ourselves up, there is so much else out there that can support us and just makes life so much more interesting and magical and fun. So that's, you know, that's what I'm here for.
And this is my favorite thing. So I will put a link in the show notes if you're interested in sending in a question, and I will just use your initials on the show.
And if you're interested in a full reading, I will also put the link in my show notes there. And what's so cool about this is that we don't need to be in person. So all I'm using today to read energy are the questions that were submitted.
So I've got the question, and what I'm going to do is essentially just open myself up. So I do some ritual stuff before and I make sure that my energy is clear and clean, and I'm in a really open space to be able to do that, right?
I'm not just like waking up and I'm all groggy and not feeling good, right? I have to clean and clear my energy first, and then I allow answers to come.
And so I'll be looking at a person's soul's energy and your energetic body and all of the interesting records that you have in your soul of other lifetimes and connections to everything. So it's kind of just a really open perspective.
And I'm just using that question to tap into the person. And you know what? This might be awkward, it might be slow, it might take me time.
You know, I haven't really done this before and I don't know what it's going to look like.
So bear with me if there's a lot of ums or pauses, or if it takes me a while, or if I repeat myself a lot, because when I'm in this space, I am truly in almost like a different. I'm here and I'm not here.
I'm in two places at once, very intentionally.
So a lot of times I use my hands and I'm trying to not even trying, I'm just being kind of moved in different ways, and I'm allowing it to speak through me, what I'm seeing and feeling and hearing, right? I'm having all these different sensations.
And it might even be tricky because I do use my hands a lot. So I might not be able to describe things. I'll be using my hands and you won't be able to see, but bear with me.
And just know as well that it's not just those who send in a question that can receive something from this. That's the thing that I've always taken away.
And I have consumed so much content over the years and witnessed and watched so many different types of readings.
It's again my favorite thing because I'm very curious, and I've always been curious, even as a kid, like watching like James Van Prague on like Dateline or something, and they're like, he's a hoax. How did he do that?
And like just watching him do readings. I was always really curious, and I think that was obviously innate for me for a reason, but also you can gain so much from being in that energy with another person.
Like there's going to be a message here for you as well, or something that can actually shift your perspective or your own energy, even if you're not necessarily aware of that. And that's what I find so special.
A question is going to contain energy for others as well. Also, take everything I say through your own discernment, because that is the key. We are empowered beings.
I want everyone to feel empowered. I don't want anyone to think there's a power dynamic here where I'm telling you what to do and this is the way it is, because that is not the case at all.
I'm just speaking what's coming through me, what I'm feeling, seeing, what I'm being moved to do and share. And it's either going to resonate or it's not. And sometimes it may actually resonate years down the line or days away.
Like there may be something that hits where it's like, oh, wait, I didn't think that was for me, but now I understand what that meant. So that happens a lot.
But also, again, if we don't always know what we're meant to receive, it might be something else than the actual guidance. So please be open to that because yeah, I have no idea what's going to happen.
But I'm so honored to be here and to be doing this.

Q1 - Why can't I figure out my next steps or where to live?
Okay, this is a question from JS. I feel stuck in terms of where to live or set up life. It's hard to make a move without certainty, and I can't sense any gut feelings to guide my decision from that lens right now.
I guess if I can articulate it into a question, it's along the lines of where the heck do I need to be right now, and how do I determine this? Okay. So let's feel into this.
It feels like there are things that need to happen almost. Like there's a sequence of events that are going to or need to happen. It's almost like dominoes.
And your soul energy feels really big. Like I just see this huge blue energy just surrounding you. It it almost feels like this huge being.
And it's not necessarily being, I don't mean it like that, but it just feels like it is all around you. It is talking to you, and it just feels really, really big. Um, that's the only way I can describe it.
Like it takes up way more than a room. Just like your soul is very loud, it's very prominent in this lifetime. Like it wants to do some things.
And I don't know if let's see. So feeling stuck and not knowing how to, I guess, make some decisions, right? There feels like there could be a fear of change, which feels very human, like on a very human level.
I'm almost feeling it's like if we break up our body, so in terms of reading energy, right? There's all these different energy centers in the body. And what I'm seeing is there's just different compartments, it feels like in the energy body.
So it's like the head is its own compartment. And it's like there's multiple centers in there, but it's separate from the centers in your torso, which is separate from the centers that are in your lower body.
So they all feel compartmentalized almost due to um like over time and like things just happening, or you know, when we live life and we incur scars or traumas or little things that happen to us that make us doubt ourselves, or it feels small, almost
just like little cuts and tears over time that almost make the energy yeah, separate. Like it doesn't feel safe to be fully together. It feels like they've separated and is broken into these three parts. So I see the head.
The head is like its own center.
And I just see here, and this is where I always feel um, and this this was very much the case for me, um, and can be like a default where my my head kind of goes on a loop and it's when my energy can't ground, like there's nowhere for it to go.
So sometimes the thoughts run, right? And they run in like the cyclical nature. So I'm just seeing this in the head.
Like if there's any like fears or doubts you have, and it's like your head just keeps mulling things over. It's like, what am I doing here? Oh no, no, I can't do that.
Or what if I, how do I do this? No, I can't do that. So how am I supposed to figure this out?
Like the head is very involved, but it's just kind of looping around, right? There's a lot of thoughts in there.
And then if I go kind of to like the chest area, it feels like here I've got my heart, and my heart kind of is like, oh, well, maybe I oh, I kind of, what do I feel about this thing?
And then it goes down a little bit lower to like hold that a bit more. It's like, well, could I do that? And then there's like a confidence thing.
It's like, well, no, I don't, I don't think we could do that. So then it goes back and forth between the heart and the solar plexus, like this feeling of the heart opens a little and then it gets questioned.
But there's nowhere else for that energy to go. So it also has its own loop. And then when I feel in lower, and this is usually like where we start to feel grounded and centered.
And it's like when we're really in our body or we're really in ourselves in a very grounded way, or our life.
And here it's like where we put our roots down, where we feel safe, where we build a home, where we connect with, you know, where we came from. Those kind of feelings. I'm seeing it's like the roots are being held up, like they're on pause.
And I'm seeing this pause button. It's like, not ready. I'm not ready to put down roots, like on pause, on pause.
So I can't ground my energy in anywhere because my root system doesn't want to, like it doesn't feel safe or ready to put my roots down yet. So it's kind of like this undecided place. Like, I'm not sure where my roots are gonna be.
I'm not sure where I'm gonna make a life for myself or what I want to call home. And then these other centers have nowhere to like discharge the energy because they're disconnected. And let's see.
And I keep seeing you like on a patio or somewhere like outside where there's trees, and you're just sitting and they're saying, like, it's about getting quiet, it's about emptying your vessel. So how to like receive that feeling?
Like, how do I even like determine where I'm going or what I'm doing? How do I hear myself? It feels like right now everything's all separate, and and the head is just looping on thoughts.
And that's not necessarily your guidance, right? That's like our our logic brain that helps us get through and make, you know, do things, you know, execute things in our life. And that that energy isn't necessarily helping you feel or hear yourself.
So there's something about getting quiet, and that can look different. You know, you're probably going to resonate with what that is for you. Doesn't mean you have to meditate or anything, but I do see you sitting and there is nature there.
There's something about getting outside of, I don't know, like a lot of stimulus that is like electronic or just something that feels the same, like getting yourself into a new environment that has a lot of nature, which is very obviously grounding,
right? And being able to just kind of fall into yourself, into your body, and just sit. I could also mean I also see, again, like a lot of hydration. This is coming up in terms of like clearing or moving energy through your physical body.
And if there's anything you notice that when you eat or drink or intake in your energy, like it makes you feel off.
It's just, it doesn't mean you can't have it forever, but there's something about this time about emptying out and letting go of those things that will help you be able to hear yourself better or feel yourself.
Because, you know, if we're stimulated or we're taking something that makes us feel depressed or agitated or fuzzy, like that feels like that prevents me from hearing my guidance or like really feeling in my body.
So getting quiet, emptying your vessel in some way that also there's breathing involved.
I feel like I'm taking deep breaths and I'm imagining, oh, like energy is just moving right through the top of my head and out through the bottom of my body into the, into the earth. It's like clearing something and I'm breathing.
And as I breathe, I allow more space, right? I'm creating space for this huge, like this really big soul energy that like wants to move through you. It like doesn't have a place to go right now.
It feels like it wants to drop in, but it's it's not certain. It's like all around you, but it can't quite come in yet because there's things going on in the physical body or in the mind that are preventing it from landing.
Yeah, it's like building a capacity to be in the body more. And that sounds really cliche, or if that sounds tricky to understand, it's just I'm feeling like because I'm in my thoughts and in my head, I'm not in my body.
And there's something about you, okay, change is really important. So needing a change or saying like taking a big leap, trusting something and just leaping.
Like I can't fully make a decision about my next step when I'm in the same environment because I can't feel that. I'm not responding. It's like your soul, your energy wants to respond to a new stimulus, something that is like unfamiliar.
And that will then help me feel more of myself. Like, oh, when I leave my home and I go to somewhere new that I haven't been before, oh, I remember. It's like a soul remembrance.
Or even in my body, I remember that I like who I am, which can be very tricky when I'm in a routine or I'm doing the same thing or I'm exposed to the same things every day.
Which again, when our energy feels like maybe it's compartmentalized, trying to, you know, stay safe, you know, and and survive from things that have happened, it doesn't necessarily want, you know, those new experiences.
Those can feel quite confronting or uncomfortable, or well, if I do this thing, like what if something happens or I don't feel good? So there's like just some, it feels like conflicting messaging going on.
But your soul is really showing me it's like, oh my God, I want to change. And that doesn't mean if you're trying to figure out where to live or set up life, it's like you have to go and pick a new place and a new country today.
I feel like that might be part of it at some point, but right now it feels like just baby steps, like being in a new environment, going somewhere different, spending an afternoon doing something entirely different with a different person.
There's something about responding. It's like I need fresh stimuli to kind of get my energy moving in a different way.
And then also cultivating this feeling of um emptying out a little bit more with my energy, with my body, being quiet, and then imagining this breath kind of clearing out through me. And I'm wondering how you receive.
So when I say that, it's like, how do you hear? You know, we all connect with our soul in a different way, or or we we receive guidance in different ways. And maybe you already know what that is for you.
Um if there's any sort of advice around that, it feels like I am seeing your the top of your head opening really wide.
And then I see this big blue soul energy, and it just kind of shoots right in, and then it comes out of your mouth, which is interesting.
So it feels like I don't know, there's something about you talking, even if you're talking out loud, if you talk to yourself, if you talk to the air, if you talk in your car, talking could be really important for you to be able to hear yourself.
Even if you were like, oh, I had an idea. Even like getting open your phone and just like talking out loud and just talking through what is coming to you. And it could just feel like thoughts.
You're like, oh, what if I did this and this cool thing here? And da-da-da-da-da. It's like as you talk, it moves the energy.
It's like soul energy moving through you. And then you might even be able to listen back to it and pick up on things, or even having your voice say it out loud. There's something about that resonance, it feels really powerful.
And then you hearing it and being oh, like, oh, that's what I need to do, right? Like we all connect differently and receive information differently.
So I don't know if you do that already or if you've never considered it, but there's something about you speaking out loud. And it does feel like you're meant to live like an alternative lifestyle. And again, what does that mean?
I don't fully know, but that keeps coming up. I keep hearing alternative lifestyle. It's like you're maybe meant to live in a different way.
Depending on how you're living today, that could look different for anyone. But I don't know if that attracts you. Definitely your soul is like, hmm, I want to do something totally different.
Or maybe a lot of the people I'm around aren't doing this, or they work a typical nine to five, and I actually want to go do something kind of crazy. Whatever that is, that feels um, that feels important.
So yeah, there's some little shifts maybe in your daily life that can help open up some energy and shift because a lot of times, too, I feel this way all the time. It's like, I want to figure out the thing. And so then I do what I would do, right?
I start thinking about it and writing about it and like, how do I figure this thing out? But a lot of times it's just our energy requires like a shift.
And once we shift the energy, we might have a completely new perspective and then a new um opportunity opens up in our mind. It's like, oh, I don't have to do it that way. I could do this thing, right?
So it feels energetic in terms of you having to figure this out. It's more shifting your energy here, right now, where you are in small ways that could open you up to that next step.
Because it does feel like, yeah, there's these dominoes that want to fall and things, but it's almost like certain things might need to happen first, which is why you're not figuring it out yet, right? It's like, oh, I can't see.
It's like, yeah, I can't see because there's maybe some things that need to shift first before I can see that next step. And those things, I don't know, a lot of times they can be like working through an issue or healing a thing within our.
In a relationship, right? It could be anything. Um, but for you, it it feels like something about getting quiet, emptying your vessel.
Vessel, uh, sorry, sounds gross, but um, creating some space so that you can hear a bit more. Try talking out loud, try being in nature, and making maybe some really small changes, like very intentionally.
I'm gonna go eat here instead of where I normally go. I'm gonna go for this walk here where I normally wouldn't go. And just like pushing your boundaries a little and seeing how your energy responds to that feels really important.
So, yeah, I hope that was helpful. Yeah, the energy feels really feels really big, really powerful. And yeah, we want to get those um some of those energy centers just connecting more, right?

Q2 - I feel blocked in my expression, how do I open this up?
Okay, here's our next question. This is from Sheila, and Sheila says, I'm working on being the best version of myself, which for me includes connecting with my soul energy and getting guidance from that place.
I feel like I've taken a lot of ground and still feel there's a block with expressing myself fully. What needs to move to open that channel up? Okay.
Okay. So when I connect with Sheila's energy. There's a big angelic connection, actually.
And I don't know if you are receiving any sort of information when you're sleeping. Or you're being yeah, they're like tucking being shown that you're being like tucked into bed in this very in this connection with angelic realms.
And it feels like there's guidance there or there's support there. There's a lot of love. And it's like you're being worked on while you sleep.
And that feels, but it just feels like a really gentle, soft, loving, like we've got you. You know, there's there's also a feeling of not being so hard on yourself. Um, I keep petting the air.
I keep petting the air, like what I mean, like patting your head or something, be like, oh, it's okay.
There's a feeling of, yeah, I don't know if you're really hard on yourself, if you push yourself really far or think that you should be further along in certain respects.
That it just feels like you you work really hard, you take things really seriously, you want to better yourself, you want to better the lives of those around you. That feels really important and is really beautiful, very valiant.
Like I want to take care of myself and I want to be able to provide more. I want to be of service to others, I want to be of service to the world, and me working on myself is going to, yeah, grow and expand the lives of others around me.
So, in terms of being able to express yourself fully, so I'm seeing your throat, you know, the center where we communicate from and we speak our truth. And there's definitely a connection to another lifetime.
And it feels I'm seeing like a proclamation.
There's something around you speaking the truth during times of war, like a castle environment, and there's like a town square, and people are gathering, and you are declaring something almost, yeah, you're speaking up against like the current
government, or there was like a king, or some sort of royal family, something where you are going against the leadership at the time. And you're you're you're telling truths that other people didn't know, and it's making others turn against the
current government. And that feels very much, yeah, you definitely get punished for that. Yeah, in a very violent way that involves your neck. So your throat center, like you speak the truth against this corrupt government, against this king.
Yeah, now you're sentenced to death. So that's that's really major, right? And so many wounds that we carry from other lifetimes.
And that, especially if you died in that way, right? Carrying that energy over at that time of passing. Like there's no peace there, there's no resolution.
It's very much like, oh, I spoke my truth. I declared what I saw, what wasn't right, and I expressed myself. And okay, I'm actually being sentenced to death.
My head is being cut off for this specific reason. So that feels like some of those energies feel very centered in this area, like around the throat and wanting protection.
I just want to keep holding my throat and it just feels so tender, so vulnerable. I'm like, oh, like it's not really safe for me to come out of here.
And in terms of like what kind of, you know, sometimes with other lifetimes, just even having the awareness starts to get the energy moving, right?
We we recognize, okay, I've been working on this in this way, but there's other things, you know, there's other energies at play. Again, there's layers to everything. This is one layer that's being shown today.
And there's likely going to be many more layers to it, but sometimes we, you know, we only hear one thing at a time and we process it energetically.
And then when the next thing is ready to come through into our awareness for us to work on or let go of or integrate, whatever it is, like that will show up. They're um they're showing me like hydration.
This is funny, but like a very physical way of supporting your expression is by like staying really hydrated. I don't know if you drink a lot of water, if you drink a lot of tea, there's something about soothing this area that feels important.
And then from here, my throat feels connected to my heart. And my heart, oh, yeah, there's like hurts from the past in here. And like, you know, most of us carry this where we carry a lot of wounding is in our heart.
And I don't know if you've been doing a lot of work here.
It feels like we're draining out some remnants, or they're showing me there's still some remnants of experiences in the past where you may have spoken up or where you did express yourself, and it felt like you were not heard, or you got rejected or
pushed away, you know, and that's that energy is like stored in here in the heart. Yeah, again, it's this soothing, like everything is very soothing and gentle. And I'm I'm just being, I feel like very loved and cared for as I'm doing this process.
So you feel again, very, very protected, very supported. As though everything that you're you're doing, it's like this gentle, kind, it's angelic.
You know, some of us have different energies with us, and yours feels very angelic, just this gentleness of it's it's gonna be okay. You don't need to be so hard on yourself.
Whatever you're doing, you're working really hard at it, and it's beautiful, and it's it's okay exactly where you are. Excuse me, yeah, see my throat. I need to drink some water.
So, yes, continuing to delve into any sort of hurts that you may have experienced, even if it's childhood things. Yeah, let's see, what does it feel like when I connect with childhood feelings? Yeah, I just feel really small.
I feel small in this um from this perspective. And I feel like when I when I speak or when I express, I feel like I no one's really hearing me or seeing me.
And and what I'm experiencing is almost like being really, really tiny, like they're showing me like you as a mouse, which is very small, right?
And then the people or the humans, the caregivers, the parents, whoever's around me, they feel really, really big. And I feel like I can't cross that gap. So as I'm communicating, I'm like, it's coming out as like a little squeak.
And I'm like, hey, I'm over here, help, like I'm hungry, or I just want to share something. Um so I don't know, I don't know if that resonates at all.
If you, if you felt like maybe you weren't seen or heard or considered in a way, but there's something around expressing myself and feeling very small when I'm doing it.
Like that can then lead to not feeling fully worthy of being able to do that because I wasn't validated when I was younger. So there might be something there. So we got past lifetime stuff, we've got childhood things.
And again, the guidance is like it's a lot about soothing and slowing down and allowing.
And there's any other little, not little, but any other wounding that you may feel in your heart that you're carrying around being hurt when you expressed yourself. It's like a continuation of that.
They're like, oh, you're doing this, continue to do this. Like it one, one step after another, continue to go down this path of releasing and integrating those, those hurts, which essentially is what?
It's like it's feeling our feelings, you know, like going there and feeling, or when you try to express, even taking a moment, I'm almost seeing a pause, and then I'm using my hand.
So if there's something that you're trying to express, or that maybe you want to write something or you want to share something, or whatever it may be, whatever you're working on, when you have that moment when you get the sensation, like, I want to
do this, like whatever that feels like to you, then see if if you're gonna take that action, you're gonna feel something, right? It's gonna be the feeling of like, no, no, no, I can't do that, or I'm really scared, or I'm not worthy of that, or
thinking into the future of how it's gonna be received, whatever that is. It's almost like taking a pause in that very moment. And yeah, they're showing me I'm like taking my hand and I'm really feeling. I'm like, where do I feel this?
Oh, yeah. And I feel a lot, I feel very anxious when I'm doing this. Like I just can't quite catch my breath.
But let's say then I take my hand, I'm like, okay, the message is coming from, ooh, it's in my heart. And then I'm holding my heart and I'm just feeling.
And, you know, you, like you said, like you're you're receiving guidance, you're connecting with your soul already. So when you do that, it seems very, you know, very physical, but it's it's all it's all holistic, right?
It's all emotional and energetic at the same time and spiritual. But if you can take your hand and just see where you're like, where is this fear coming from? If that's the sensation.
Oh, okay, it's coming from my stomach. I put my hand on my stomach. Okay, does that have a color?
Okay, it feels yellow. Okay. Okay, I'm breathing through this and I'm feeling it.
And what does it feel like? Oh, it's a feeling of my stomach is tied in knots. Okay, go further.
It's it's almost like really, really just feeling those feelings. It's like somatic work. And if you can follow that thread, like stay with the sensation, and you're like, it has a color.
Okay, what does it feel like? Does it feel sharp? Does it feel um heavy?
Does it feel squishy? Like there's going to be sensations attached to it. You've got color, sensation, feeling, the emotion.
Is it, you know, we we said like fear? Maybe there's something behind that fear, and it's actually grief. Like, just see if you can stay with it and allow it to move through you.
And it might be really painful, it might be really awkward, whatever it is. It might result in a release of some kind. Like maybe you start coughing, or maybe you start crying, or maybe you you need to journal something out.
You're like, I feel this thing, or I have this memory that comes up. This feels like these last um pieces in the heart that kind of want to be recognized. Or that, yeah, there's like two things.
It's like there's some very internal things and then some external pieces.
So you're doing a lot of this inner work, and then we've got the outer work of actually putting ourselves out there or publishing the thing or having the conversation, whatever that is around expression. It feels like you can kind of do both.
But when you're in the act of actually about to express and you feel that quick, mm-hmm. I'm like, it's what am I trying to do? It's like a quick, uh, a feeling.
It's hard for me to express sometimes what I'm experiencing. But as soon as you feel that turn on, that sensation, you're like, okay, I'm gonna follow it. And then you take your hand and see where it is.
And yeah, I keep being led to my heart. My heart is actually hurting right now. So there's more in there.
But it's like you're already doing this process. And they're just saying it's it's okay to be really gentle with yourself because I feel like there is a lot in here. Oh, yeah, I can feel that.
And it's not just you. It's not that, you know, you're not strong enough or you haven't figured it out yet. It's that these pieces that want to come up, this is like really deep, intense work and it's it's beautiful and it's sacred.
And just keep following that thread. So it's that external piece of when you're actually going to do it, like taking the action and you feel resistance.
Go there, go there in your body and see if you can be and feel that energy to kind of allow it to actually unwind, right?
And then also continuing to what whatever you've been doing, you know, with following your guidance, with doing any sort of healing work around your heart and past experiences, you know, and that's almost more like consciously and deciding.
I'm okay, I'm I'm gonna sit and journal about these feelings I have, you know, asking yourself some questions around why would I feel that way?
But there's a few angles, and it's like, again, you're you're already like doing this, and there's just some more layers to it. But recognizing, oh, okay, this is pretty big. This is really big.
I've had other lifetimes and I've had experiences in this lifetime where I've felt a lot and experienced a lot that would shut me down, that would make it hard for me to express myself.
And quickly, um, I just want to see, I want to make sure I didn't misunderstand this question. As I'm just looking at it, I'm like, okay, are you also maybe not talking about just expressing yourself in that way?
Are you also talking about connecting spiritually? Like you, you've been doing that, but is there something that's not, yeah, maybe you're talking even more about like a spiritual channel?
Let's just see if there's anything around that as well, that's not allowing you to maybe fully feel connected to your soul or like you're looking for more growth there. Let's just see if there's anything.
Yeah, and I'm seeing your, it's like at the top of your head, your crown, right? The center that connects us with soul guidance and just kind of like all that is, right? In that very broad way.
This feels like it's a beautiful soft diffusion of energy. And I feel like you are guiding it. I see your hands up here, and you're just opening them up, and you're like, okay, I'm listening, I'm here, I'm present, I want to do this.
I'm, you know, I'm I'm of service to whatever my soul wants me to know, to connect more. And it just feels like it's wanting to go at its own pace. Like it feels soft and gentle and warm.
And this, yeah, this diffusion that is slowly entering my body. And as it does that, it turns things on within me, and I can start to recognize more and feel more in terms of um energy or listening to my soul.
I feel like it's not this one sharp, direct, you know, opening of your channel, and you're like, oh my God. Ah, like it's it's it doesn't feel like that.
It feels like this really beautiful, self-guided process that if you can continue to hold this way and to trust and you're like and show up, that it will continue to evolve for you. And let's just see if there's anything else.
Yeah, and you seem to have very good um showing me like tracking the environment around you. I don't know if that's a skill that you have where you can pick up really easily on everything in a situation or in a room in terms of energies.
Like I it's almost like they're showing me like you have eyes like on the back of your head, like this ability to feel and sense and see a lot at one time.
So you're able to hold a lot of energetic information and pick up on a lot of things at the same time. And that can be, you know, we walk into like a meeting room and we can sense essentially what's going on in the room.
And it's like, I feel like you have the ability to do that instinctually, and it comes quite naturally. So you might not even be aware of this like magic skill. And you're very much able to set other people at ease.
And they're all showing me, like, um, oh yeah, you how do I say this? It's like you move from one person, then you're like, oh, I see this person over here needs this. And then you kind of your energy like flows over there and you're like, oh, hi.
And then you see someone over here who's sad, and then you foop, you show up over here, almost like a ghost who can like pop up in different spaces with your energy.
It feels very malleable, like you're able to put yourself in any sort of situation and show up and be able to meet other people's needs that they may not even know that they have.
And you've already anticipated that by reading their energy and picking up on that, which is, yeah, a beautiful skill. It sounds overwhelming.
It feels a little bit overwhelming in a way that it could feel like hyper-vigilance, like being very aware of things all the time and keeping like keeping track. But again, yeah, you feel very open, open in that way.
And then again, open and allowing this spiritual information to come. And yeah, I just keep hearing like it's like divine timing of how things will move and shift for you. And again, you're just remaining open to this.
But everything has, yeah, this beautiful calmness, peacefulness to how you're approaching things in your life and how you're approaching wanting to be more fully expressed and connect spiritually. It all feels really it just feels really healthy.
Like how do I put that? It feels really healthy and intentional and gentle. And I think those are all beautiful things.
