From Divine Interruption, I'm Sarah Hildreth Rankin. And this is Reading the Room. Hi, welcome back to another episode of Reading the Room.
Thank you for being here for this time to read energy based on questions that you've sent in. And thank you to those who have sent in questions. Thank you for your patience.
I'm so glad I've made it here. Life is lifing. And as you know, if you're following along, I don't always find myself in the place to be able to do this.

Q1 - What's going on with the shifts in my work & career?
This question is from AK, and it says, I'm reaching out to see if there's any guidance for the part of my life that's related to work and career. I've been having huge shifts that seem mysterious to me at the moment.
If there's anything else that comes up for you, I'm navigating through major life changes and I'd love to hear. Okay, aka. Okay, so I tapped into some energy here.
I had to uh hop out to pull some bread out of the oven that I'm baking, um, but I'm back. I just put a little pause button, but I am already, yeah, picking up the energy.
So the first thing that I saw and that I'm feeling is being on like a high school track, like a track and field track around a high school. And they're saying like there's a picking up of speed. And I'm doing the triple jump.
Triple jump? Is that a thing that I'm remembering from track? Essentially, it's like when you you run and then you do these three jumps and then you land in the sand.
And there's something about having to train for something like that. You're not just running and jumping into a pit of sand.
Like there is precision, there is training, there is mental acuity, there's a combination of so many different things that go into each move that allows someone who's doing triple jump to like make it as far as they can in the sand.
And I'm hearing that you've been training for lifetimes for something very specific. If that's something that's happening for you right now or that you're working on, or that's coming up for you.
Like you've learned, you've learned a lot of lessons through other lifetimes and in this lifetime. And everything, it feels like has been very precise. Like you've been tweaking things, learning things.
And there's a time component here. So something about if this is coming up for you now, or if you're making strides, or there's energy opening up for you, there's something about timing.
Like the timing is very on purpose, it's very divine because there's an equation.
So, you know, when you have a combination lock and essentially, you know, you turn it to 14, and then you turn it all the way around back to 12, and then you turn it to 36. There's sometimes a little bit of subtlety there.
There's a precision with how you turn it just a little to this part and then back to the other number. There's there's an equation. So there's something that, yeah, there, there's components I'm seeing that you've been working on.
Maybe it's even other projects or work that you've been doing where each thing you were doing was very purposeful, even if it didn't feel purposeful, like you were learning something and you were honing in on a certain type of craft.
And now the time is right for you to put all of these things together that you have learned, and it's allowing you to move further.
So if you're doing this triple jump, each little tweak that you did to each move and the way that you placed your feet and the thought that you had before you took the second, you know, jump, whatever it is, everything is all coming together.
And all those things have taken time, but it's like getting all of those parts right. And that has not just been in this lifetime. Like you've been perfecting something, some skills, some understandings, working through some lessons.
It's all on purpose. And then I'm seeing you in this vortex. So I don't know.
This can be like kind of like spiritual language, but there's something about having raised your frequency.
So again, maybe you've been through a lot of things, you've experienced a lot, you've traversed a lot of difficult terrain, even internally or emotionally with old wounding, whatever it is. It's like you're now a match for new energy.
So maybe if you felt like you were held back before, or if there wasn't clarity in certain areas of your career or with work, I'm seeing that like certain things were hidden.
Some sort of information was previously hidden, but now because of honestly, there's a lot around timing.
There's something about the time of like where we are in history at this moment in time, and then you and your evolution, like all of that has come together.
So there's a timing, and I'm seeing that you have raised your energy in a way where now you're accessing more that previously wasn't available to you.
It's like, yeah, you're an energetic match for this time, for I don't know, more information to come to you, more ideas or just an opening up of new energy. And then I'm being drawn to your um your sacral energy center, your sacral chakra.
So again, our energy centers, you know, they hold so much information. And sometimes I'm drawn to certain ones. So for you, this one feels quite loud and it just wants to talk.
And oh, this is very, oh, this is very emotional.
Um, I'm feeling and seeing almost like a younger version, an old a version of you from the past, and I'm seeing you helping, like you now pulling this version of you out of something, out of a pit, out of darkness, out of a space where, oh, I don't
know if you used to feel small. There's something about feeling, oh my goodness. Oh, this makes me so emotional. Um, feeling smaller, and it is saying, like, I used to feel smaller and now I'm taller.
You know, like I'm so strong for what I've been through.
Um, there's this, yeah, newer version of you rescuing an older version where I don't know if you felt, yeah, smaller, belittled, not seen, not heard, not respected, or like you just couldn't get to where you wanted to go.
And it, I just, I feel so small. Um, and then I'm seeing all these like, it's like you're putting on all these snowsuits, like you're putting on one snowsuit and bundling it up, and then you're putting another one on and another one on.
And it's like this protection. It's like you had to protect yourself when you were younger or at certain stages of life to protect your energy.
It's like I'm holding this because I'm afraid if I, if I don't hold on to my own flame, my own fire, my own, oh my own like sacred energy that it will dissipate or it won't be there for me, or it'll be taken away from me, or it's not respected or
held with reverence. So there feels like there's a lot of protection that's been there. And yeah, something about keeping my fire burning. Like I put on all these snowsuits to keep myself warm so that I can protect myself and stay warm.
Yeah, there's a lot of fire energy here.
And then there's also, but there's this, oh, I'm feeling this sense of pride, like showing me like Six of Wands, which in the tarot is again, that's that's like a fiery energy, but it's like this feeling of this homecoming of wow, of achievement, of
I'm I've reached this level and I'm being seen or like something is shifting, and I should be proud of myself. Like, yeah, it's like a homecoming of sorts.
So there's like the six of wands energy, like you've overcome, you should be proud on yourself.
Something about believing in yourself when others didn't believe in you, like you held on to a vision that only maybe you had, that maybe others just couldn't see for you or didn't respect.
And then up in your third eye, again, I'm like, ooh, what is it like to be in your brain? Like it feels like there is so much coming through. I'm seeing um like old school, like a fax machine.
And it's like this this fax comes in. It's like facts from the universe, like from the, I just see from the sky. That's how I see um, I don't know, when you feel inspired, right?
You have divine ideas or creativity or you want to change the world. You want to do something. You have these ideas.
I'm seeing that come straight from the universe and it goes straight through the top of your head through your crown and then into your third eye, and it's like printing off.
It's like d-ee dilly-dee, all this facts information coming out, and there's pages and pages, and it's just like, wow, there's so much here that wants to be realized or put out into the world.
I don't know what type of work you do or what ideas you have or creativity, but there's so much. And it's like you're this direct channel. So your channel comes directly, you know, from universal energy.
Like you're accessing that, it's coming right through you, and then it comes into your third eye where you can see the vision. You can see what needs to be created or how things need to be changed, or just putting something new out in the world.
It feels very direct for you. And like there's so much.
And there's something about trusting, like trusting your vision, and even that older version of self, like holding on to these visions or this belief in self when it felt like others maybe couldn't, or the world wasn't showing you that what you
wanted to create was valid. It's like, no, like you held that vision, and that is so important. And you, you were always meant to trust it. So it's like, trust what you see, trust what you want to create.
And yeah, if you were held back at times, um, I don't know if there were times where you couldn't see or you tried to do things and they didn't work out.
It's I'm almost seeing like this, it's like your spirit team is like playing a game of chess and they're like moving you around and they're moving the players on the board. And sometimes we need to be rerouted.
So there's this sense of, okay, but I had this vision and I've always held this, or I had these ideas and these plans, and I wanted to make things in the world. And they're like, Yeah, all of that very true, very valid.
But then they like move you somewhere else, and you're like, wait a second, like I was meant to do this, or I was trying to do this. Why didn't it work out?
But they're just like, no, like we needed to move you here on purpose because you had to encounter something else first, or there was other things in line that your soul needed to experience or wanted to experience.
And even though, yeah, that could have felt frustrating or confusing, or maybe even some doubt, like, wait a second, like maybe what I'm seeing for myself or what I want to create or build, like, oh, maybe it's not right.
And it's like, no, no, your visions are so pure, so true. And you're always meant to trust them. Um, you just had to be moved around at times, as we all are, right?
For the best outcome, even if we can't see that at the time. So I don't know if you've um yeah, experienced any impatience around that. I can certainly relate, just want to say I can always relate to other people's energy.
I'm like, oh yes, I know that feeling. Um, there's this impatience of like, no, like I have so much to share or do or create um or build. And this feeling of like, ugh, why can't I do this now?
Because I just feel like there's so much coming through for you or has been probably for your whole life of what you've wanted to do. So yeah, okay.
And it feels like there's a connection in this lifetime, and to other lifetimes actually, but to a very specific life that you had. Um where yeah, it's to do with your throat.
And again, the throat, it's like where we create, where our truth is, where our communication comes from, where we express. And there's you were in this other lifetime. I see you as a male.
Um you're like a young, really, really young. I'm seeing you as like very young, like maybe a two-year-old.
And sometimes it's not always relevant the details I get, but I'm like, oh, you're putting on these little sandals or someone trying to help you get dressed. And I just feel, I feel like I'm being my throat is completely closed off.
It feels like I'm being choked, like in in terms of um not being able to, it's like I can't express. There's something in the throat area here. Oh, oof.
And beneath that is so much grief. Okay, sorry. So what is here?
You you were born with um in this other lifetime, like the inability to communicate. So you saw and perceived the world.
Like everything I'm seeing is very clear, like through your eyes, like being this small child, I can see someone trying to put these like linen pants on you and buckle up these little leather shoes.
And then you're outside in the grass and everything is beautiful. Like, I don't know. Oh, okay, sorry.
Oh, so much emotion. I just, there's, I just want to cry because in through the eyes of this child, this person that you were in this other lifetime, you saw the world in such a pure way.
You said, like I can see the dew on the grass and the way the sun shines, and you're watching the world and intaking so much, and you have so much to say, you have so much to express, and you want to do so much.
Like it feels like there's this huge potential, and you're just like, I have so much I want to share. And yet there's something in my throat where I was born and like I can't speak. Like you can't speak, and then there's a connection to your lungs.
It feels like you're quite sick, like you get um, like asthma or some sort of like asthmatic attacks. There's an inability sometimes to breathe. And so you're you have these like fits where you you can't um breathe.
It's really scary, it's like an emergency, um, and you're bedridden a lot of the time. And you just keep wanting to like talk. You keep wanting to like share with the world what you're experiencing.
And there's like this inability to move that through your body. Like your body stops somewhere. Like you, you, your mind is here, it's crystal clear, and you're experiencing so much.
But I feel like I'm going to explode because there's so much inside of me that wants to come out and it can't. And so it's getting trapped. All this energy is getting trapped in the throat.
Um, and yeah, there's so much creativity there.
Like I just feel like you would have written poems and expressed beautiful words and created beautiful things, but because of your health and then because of the inability to communicate, like you really are quite trapped.
I feel very stuck in my body. And as you get older, yeah.
So then I see you like in a bed, um, like fully bedridden at one point when you're older, and you just feel so frustrated and in so much pain because you feel like this lifetime was wasted because you had so much inside of you that wanted to be
shared. And there's something around a fear of like not being able to realize, um, never being realized in that lifetime or understood.
You were never seen, you were never heard in the way that you felt so much and experienced so much in your inner world, but you could never externalize that.
So I don't know if you felt anything related to that in terms of an urgency in this lifetime, of wanting to or desiring to like create something, or you're like, I meant to do something, or there's so much inside of me that wants to come in.
Like I just feel this fullness and this fear of being like, I need to do this. Like, there's there's something um that needs to move through me. And that could be anything.
And you will likely know what that is for you, right?
It this is this is related to so many things, but it feels very much like that lifetime and the energies that you felt there are connected to this lifetime, um, especially yet in the throat and wanting to express and create and move out what I see as
this beautiful connection to divine energy and inspiration that comes through you, like you are this conduit, and then you see, right? And what I see is like you see to create. You're like, I could do this and I could create this.
And, you know, that's a very special gift is to be able to see what you could build for the world for the future, even if that's um just writing a book or sharing information with someone or building a business or changing the world with an
invention, whatever it is, right? It could be anything, but it feels like there's an urgency in this lifetime because you felt so trapped in another time where you weren't able to realize any of that and you had so much to share with the world.
And then, okay, so if there's any guidance around that, um, because I mentioned impatience. Yeah. So I'm seeing you like lying on a beach and the sun is beating down, it's really hot.
And then I see you kind of lying on this beach chair, and then you're putting yourself like under a sauna blanket.
So there's something about wanting to um do more or move through things quicker, as if let's say you're trying, I don't know what you're trying to do in the sun here, but right, you're like trying to detox your body or something.
So you're like, I'm gonna go in the sun and then I'm gonna put on this this blanket. So I'm gonna sweat more. Like, I need to increase my potential.
I need to increase the rate at which I am working on things.
So there's something about you, I don't know if you try and do more than you can or move quicker than is like available to you, but they're very much giving like the guidance feels like it's not about trying to move faster or do more or try to be
more efficient or hack something to fit more into your day or your life or what you're trying to do. It's it's all about actually creating more space and more calm and more peace.
Like there's a nervous system piece where the nervous system wants to hold more because you do have such great big energies moving through you and visions. So it's actually about kind of the opposite, right? This fire energy.
That's why I'm seeing like a sauna blanket. I'm seeing the sun, I'm seeing you like almost like it can fry you. It's like too much.
There's already so much fire inside that it's about working with that in terms of like cooling your system. How can you become more calm and feel more relaxed? Because actually that makes you stronger.
So if you feel at peace, you feel strong, you feel within yourself.
If you can lie on the beach and drink like a lot of water and cool your system and you can relax and maybe have an umbrella to like shade you from the sun and all this fiery energy, um, you actually have so much more potential to hold more of that
energy because you've already got a lot inside and it's moving through you. So um, it's about being able to hold on to it so that then you can execute on these visions.
And you can only really do that, or like the most aligned way is um, yeah, being calm and present and more cool. Yeah, I keep seeing like cooling, calming. There's something about that.
And then, yeah, because there's something about not wanting you to burn out. So there may be like quite many, many things might be opening up for you that will get bigger, but it feels like you want to be able to hold that energy as you go.
So as you build out something or things expand in your career or for your work, um, there's something about your nervous system and yeah, being able to hold that energy because you're able to move it through you, but we want to be able to sustain it
over a long period of time. And yeah, I feel like fire energy as like an element. Fire is an element, right? A lot of times our we work with different energies all the time.
They're teaching us things. Um, and right now, or even in this lifetime, there's a lot around fire and channeling it. Yeah, channeling your fire effectively without getting burned out.
And I see different guides with you, like I see dragons and lions, like there's this amazing, um, creative, inspired, fiery, quick burning, expansive energy that's moving.
And so, even your there's a lot of guides that are coming in to kind of help you hold that and utilize it and move it in the way that you're meant to.
And yeah, and finally there's there's this older woman and she's putting it's almost like grandmotherly energy. So, again, this may mean something to you, it may not.
What I'm seeing is this older woman and she's Coming up behind you, and she's putting a metal around your neck. And she's clasping it, and then she's giving you a little kiss on the cheek and like rustling your hair. And it feels really maternal.
It feels really loving, supportive. Um, because it feels like where you're at right now, like you're being seen on another level.
If that's in your current day-to-day, you know, very human life, or more energetically, I'm like, oh, there's like beings with you or energies with you that feel really loving that are also recognizing you, being like, wow.
Because again, you've been training for this for lifetimes, what you're doing, and you've overcome a lot.
Like I feel like there's a lot of energies and things that you've had to contend with where you have, yeah, believed in yourself and shown up when it's been really challenging. So this is really beautiful.
Um, I think, yeah, I think that's probably enough. I've kind of rambled all around there, but I could really delve forever because there's so many components. But it feels like a very special time.
It feels like timing is very pivotal and potent for you. And you're exactly kind of where you need to be because you've learned so much and gone through so many different things at specific times to get you where you are now.
So yeah, I'm excited for you. And yeah, if you work on that nervous system, keep holding, calming, cooling, and this reminder of even having to, yeah, overcome a lot around expression and the throat and urgency.
I think sometimes too, when we get activated at certain times, and it can be really like surprising. You're like, whoa, all of a sudden, all this stuff that I've I've always been living this one way, and now I'm like activated in another way.
It's like there's this urgency to all of a sudden be like, oh my God, I need to do, I need to do this now. I need to like complete this. And that is like very true.
But also sometimes we don't know like what that vision is. It might happen over another seven lifetimes.
Like we don't know, but it just means that you have this passion and this drive and that you are moving it forward and that you've come a really long way. So like look back and say, hey, two years ago, wow, I've made it this far. Ten years ago, wow.
When I was a kid, from here to there, like wow. Um, yeah, okay. Okay, I hope that was helpful.

Q2 - I'm looking for help with my relationship journey
Okay, this is a question from Carly. Carly says, Hello, I'm looking for some help with my relationship journey. I've never had a reading and I'm curious.
Okay, Carly. Let's see. So many different things, but I feel like there's a theme here.
To me, sometimes it takes me a moment to kind of figure out the language that I'm interpreting and what I'm feeling. There was a lot around believing in true love. I kept seeing almost like fairy tale style imagery.
And I saw you holding this magic lamp and like rubbing it and shining it and making all these wishes and just wishing and wishing and wishing.
And then you wait for like the magic energy to come out of this lamp or this genie, and then a little bit of smoke comes up, and then it poof, it dissipates. And there is this feeling of, oh, this is disappointing.
Like I'm I'm putting in a lot of energy, I'm putting in a lot of effort, and I'm not getting a lot in return. So that was kind of the general feeling I was getting right away.
And again, because this is very general, um, you asked a question about like relationship journeys.
If you were to ask a very specific question about a very specific um relationship or person or experience, oftentimes the response or what we get in return might be more specific. So let's just go on this little journey.
And I hope it will be of help to you and it will make sense because only you, you'll know how this lands, right?
So I was kind of getting a lot around belief in love and putting in this energy and effort and having these dreams and just feeling like there's not a lot coming back to me. And then I saw, now this is interesting, this came up a few times.
It's like this feeling of three, one, two, three, kept coming up in different forms. So I saw that there's these three, almost like ant hills.
And I was like, oh, I was looking at the ground and the earth, and then I was like, this one hill popped up with all these ants, and I was all of a sudden like, no, no, no, I want that to go away.
And so I was trying to hit the ant hill, almost like when you play that game at like a fair where there's little moles that pop up and you're supposed to whack them like whack-a-mole over the head. That's what I felt like I was doing.
This little ant hill came up and I was like, no, no, no, push that down, push that down. And as I pushed that one down, I felt like another one popped up. And I was like, no, no, no.
So then when I focus on that one, I'm like, no, no, go away, go away, push it down. Then a different one popped up. And it was always these like three.
It would oscillate between one hill, I push that one, the second one comes up, I push that one down. It was in a three. And it felt like these hills, when I like feel into them, it feels like um, like a relationship echo, something from the past.
It could be old patterns or beliefs, something that you learned about love or relationships. They could be specific people or actual relationships that you've been in, but it was this three different anthills.
And then when I kind of felt into your heart, right? When I feel into the heart, I feel very exposed. And I feel like your heart almost, this happens sometimes, like different parts of our body or our energy is almost hiding a little bit.
And I felt like your heart was like, uh, like I don't really want you to read me right now. And like I respect that too. Sometimes people's energy will just say no, like I'm not ready for this.
Sometimes I can have a conversation with your energy and with your soul and be like, hey, Carly asked for this reading, and this is something that she's interested in looking at.
But sometimes parts of us are still afraid or we're protecting ourselves. So I got a little bit of that. Like when I was in the heart, I felt very exposed.
And I did feel this big, open, expansive energy. Like my heart feels so big. It feels so loving.
And it feels like I want to just pour my love into something. I want to put my love somewhere. I want to give it to people.
I want to share it. And yet there's something going on where I feel like maybe I can't do that, or there's something that's not allowing me to do that. And I kept seeing different, I mentioned music.
It was almost like a lot of different performers. I kept seeing different stage performers and singers and artists. It's almost like I don't know if that's something that attracts you.
Like if you do anything on stage, if you perform, if you dance, if you sing, if you're creative, anything like that, or something about being on stage, like when I'm in my heart, I don't know if you've been in a relationship before, where something
played out in public where you felt really exposed, like you were being watched in some way. This is a bit complicated. Like I can't fully figure it out, but I'm just gonna say a bunch of things that I was kind of seeing.
If there's this feeling of even being online, if you've had a relationship online or where other people were able to see or be a part of that relationship in some way, there's something about feeling a little bit exposed and maybe even putting up,
putting up some protective walls of I don't really want you to look in my heart because it doesn't feel fully safe. But I felt like there was a bit of smoke and mirror energy that I wasn't sure of if that was for me, like, okay, I don't really want
to be red right now. I'm feeling a bit vulnerable, or even if in relationships you have felt like you had to show up in a certain way, hide a part of yourself, act stronger than you felt, like when you really didn't feel strong, you felt hurt, if you
had to pretend, or if there's this connection to threes. I'm seeing a triangle and I'm seeing one, two, three. And it's almost like you could be a part of a triangle in some way that could be with two other people, or again, there's three people.
Maybe you're in a relationship with multiple people, like there's something there with this one, two, three, or this three, or this triangle. So I'm just gonna say that because I can't fully figure that out.
But I really felt uh, it's like I want to believe in love because I do. I have such a big heart, and I'm being strong. Like something about me has to be strong, and I'm I'm just like holding on there.
And then your sacral center was talking to me a little bit, and it very much felt, and this is interesting because this feels very connected to collective energy.
So things that a lot of us are working on right now are energies that are at play in the world that sometimes show up in our bodies or our personal lives, like we are contending with themes that are very loud that a lot of us are contending with.
And it was a lot around, yeah, having um even being in a female body. What is that like? What is it like to live as a female in the world today, growing up that way?
What kind of things did you experience? What happened? How did you have to show up?
What did you have to give up? Where did you feel caged? Where did you feel unseen?
There's a lot around that energy of feeling suppressed. And again, these are big words. Maybe this will take a while to land, or right away you'll be like, I feel that.
But I'm using big words to describe something that can be very personal, but also I'm sure many women or those of us who have a female body will understand.
So it felt like in this center, your energy was saying, like a lot of energies have come in and out of here. There's a lot of come and go, a lot of in and out, almost like this door of people coming into my life and then leaving.
And this is like depleting my life force. I just felt the sensation of like, I'm getting tired. Like there is, I see blood in the body as like this life force, right?
This is my life, this is my energy, this is what keeps me alive. It, you know, gets pumped through all of my veins into my organs, etc.
And it felt like this area was like, oh, my life force has been depleted by all of these energies that have taken so much from me or that have come and they have gone. And I feel like I have less of myself.
Like I have given and yet I have not received an equal. And almost um, it was like a scene from The Bachelor where they have roses, right? And they give roses to their suitors, or the suitors give roses to the women, whatever it is, back or forth.
And I was seeing these roses, like you giving out roses, and then those roses not being respected. Like at some point, someone tossed that rose or they stomped on it.
And every time that happens, this feeling of like, oh, like this is this is a part of me. This is how I show my love. And I feel like it's not being respected.
And that is a part of me that is like dying every time someone rejects my love or does something hurtful in that way. So when I mention the connection to like something greater, like this is moving through you, but also greater.
It's like this wound around like the suppressed feminine. This doesn't need to be gendered, but again, I see these energies in all of us, right? We have we have our feminine energy and our masculine energy.
It doesn't matter what our gender is or even what body we're in, but we carry both of those energies. And sometimes we're really contending with one really loudly in a lifetime, or we're trying to balance them out, or whatever it may be.
But it felt even like a connection to the mother. And this could be in this lifetime with your actual mother, this feeling of a disconnection or a fading away over time.
But it could also be energies that were carried on through lineages, through your family that date back, where the feminine was suppressed, where women didn't feel safe, where they had to show up and they had to be strong and they had to get through
things when so much was being taken away from them. And so it felt like this feminine energy, which is like vibrant and fierce and strong and magical and creative, like this beautiful force, this like wild force is wanting to emerge and it's trying
to emerge. And this feels very connected to like what a lot of what a lot of um and this feels very connected to what a lot of people are feeling right now.
So I don't know if you relate to this, but there's this strong force coming up in you that is speaking. Like this is a very deep reading. That's what I feel like.
You're like, oh, I'd like to know about relationships and what's coming forward is something really deep and really big that's moving through you.
And I don't know if you've experienced any pain or discomfort or issues with your menstrual cycle or your reproductive organs. But a lot of times this, like, this is where this energy is held, where it lives, where it moves, where it gets stuck.
And I almost saw you as this beautiful, your energy is this beautiful, bright, almost like really white and like lemony, um, shining like star. And then it feels like there's other energies just kind of latching on, like sticking on.
They're not you and it's not yours, but it felt connected to this center in your body, like this womb space.
And with this loss of blood, something to deal with if it shows up in your menstrual cycle, if you have issues there, if you experience any sort of pain, like with endometriosis.
I'm just seeing these little, it's almost like darker tissues that are clouding this magnificent brightness of this star. Like this is your energy.
And then there's other energies that are there that aren't yours, that you've been carrying, that are like dulling that shine, that are taking the energy, that are bleeding out that life force.
And this doesn't have to be very physical for you at all. So when I mention endometriosis and your menstrual cycle, that might not show up for you in that way at all, but this is how it's being relayed to me in this very physical way.
So, in connection to this feminine energy that's been suppressed, that's looking for a way out, that wants to express, that is holding a lot. There's this like this holding in of this energy and this bleeding out of life force.
This is very connected to another lifetime that you've had. And I'm only really shown what's pertinent and what's important, right? So take away what means something to you.
This is quite a like a heavy lifetime that I was shown that's related to this one. So just a heads up. But in this lifetime, you were female, you lived in a family, you had a few siblings, you were the eldest female.
Your parents were really struggling for money. It was a dark time, and they actually sold you to an older man, and you were very young, like maybe like 13 years old, like very, very young, and they sold you off because they were in a really bad way.
And that was the only way that they felt like they could survive. And almost like an arranged marriage, but not really because you never saw them again. And you were essentially just given away.
And then in that relationship with this man who was older, you experienced a lot of horrific things, you experienced a lot of abuse, and were essentially passed around to other men in other circles.
And so very, very traumatizing beyond what anyone could really imagine. And you really felt like you had no value, no worth. It felt like no one cared.
You couldn't do anything, you had no sovereignty or control over your life, and you had no safety at all because your family had given you up completely.
So you had no safety, no one to rely on, and then you were in this other world where you were being abused and not taken care of.
You ended up essentially, it was almost like you died from your grief because the grief of what had happened to you and the realization that it felt like you didn't matter to anyone, that grief essentially killed you. You walked out into the ocean.
It was like off the coast, somewhere in Indonesia, somewhere there, and you went out in this storm, and the waves were insane, and you just walked straight into the ocean during this storm, and the waves were crashing over you, right?
And you essentially drowned. So you did that on purpose. You were in so much pain and so much grief, you were so stuck that this was the only thing you'd thought that you could do.
So you took yourself to the ocean. You took yourself to the water, and water is our emotions, right? And the the ocean, I just see it as this deep well of emotion.
And so you took yourself to the ocean to contend and confront your pain. You're like, I just give up and you surrendered to that pain and you got taken away by these waves. You drowned, right?
You were completely consumed with the grief and the emotions through this water, and that's how you died. So a very, very intense lifetime.
And it feels like that energy is connected to this lifetime because it's about finding worth, finding value, finding your voice, finding your power, and speaking up for almost past versions of yourself.
So maybe you even experience that in this lifetime, this feeling of I've had many versions of myself or times in my life when I couldn't speak up, or something happened to me and I didn't feel strong. I felt like I wasn't worth anything.
And so it's almost like this energy that's rising right now around relationship, around connection, around love, around other people is around like you finding your power and your voice and this recognition of like, I matter, I have value, I am
powerful. And you almost, yeah, speaking up for other versions of yourself, which isn't just from this lifetime, but actual other lifetimes you've lived where your power was completely decimated, where your worth was taken away, where you had no
value. When I feel into that even more, I'm like, okay, how is this even connected, you know, to this lifetime you're living right now? And again, really heavy themes. Okay, I know this is quite heavy.
But I'm seeing you washed up on this beach, right? So in this other lifetime, you drown, and I see you being washed up on the beach. You feel heavy and waterlogged, you're covered in seaweed, and you're just lying there.
And this is when I just, I've never, this just felt so special to me. It was like as you were lying there, and like I feel like I'm you. So I'm like waterlogged and I'm just decimated and I'm empty.
I start to like feel again. And as I'm laying there, I'm like, I died. And yet I can feel sensation in my hands and my feet, and I feel really heavy, but I can sense where I am.
So I feel like I'm in my body again.
And there's something about you actually picking up where you left off with me, which maybe sounds crazy, but it's almost like this lifetime is a sequel to that lifetime, like a continuation of it, in the way that you actually went to the depths and
you died because of this horrible abuse that you suffered and these feelings that you had of like, I am nothing, I have no value, and contending with that grief. But now it's like you're picking up in a space which is like you're fully present in
your body, you've experienced the pain, and now it's about being with the pain and actually moving through it because you are coming back to life. And I felt as like I laid on that beach, I'm like, okay, if I don't distract myself with anything, like
if I just lay here and I'm fully in my body and I feel it, I feel the pain, I feel the grief, I feel the anger. Like I don't have to relive what happened to me. I just feel how I feel right now. And as I feel, I start to move again.
I start to come alive again. I can feel my lungs again, and I can start to breathe. And the water dissipates from my lungs.
And then I can feel the sensations in my toes, like I am coming back to life. So it very much feels like this lifetime is you coming back to life.
And if we haven't fully felt something, um, you know, or if we're not aware of a wound that's so deep within us that we were like born into, that we always had because of another lifetime, or things that we carried from our ancestors and through our
family lines. Like when we feel it, but we don't really know, or we're not aware of it, or maybe we haven't ever fully gone there because it's so scary or dark or painful, we might have it like mirrored back to us in our lives.
And maybe you've experienced that in this lifetime.
You've had relationships or experiences with people where they weren't careful with your heart, or they mirrored back to you, oh, I'm not valuable, I'm not worth anything, I'm not powerful, I don't have a voice, like I'm not worthy of love.
And yet now, if you can fully feel this grief and this anger and whatever has been suppressed, and just like just feel it, move it through your body, you're actually having this like coming back to life.
And you get to rewrite this story as you come back from the dead, essentially. And it feels very much like one step at a time. So you're on this beach, it's heavy, but you're present and through this, you are so strong.
You are so power. Like the power I feel within you as you feel all of this and you start to come back alive, it's like beyond. You are so powerful and strong because of what you've gone through.
And that means that now you're embodying that strength. So that was, I don't know. I was like, whoa, holy cow, this is a beautiful story.
And who knows how that fits into your daily life right now. And if this resonates in a way, maybe it doesn't make sense yet.
Um, maybe it's a way heavier than you imagined, but it's just really beautiful, actually, is that your heart is so big and it's that's that feeling of deservingness that wants to come back.
So, yes, this feels like a very healing time, like where something really wants to emerge and wants to be felt and contended with.
And it might be really messy and complicated and confusing, but it's happening for a reason, and that is what embodies this strength and this power and this love that is so palpable, whatever your relationship status looks like, whatever you are
looking for, whatever your situation is, there's this inner strength that is just magical. So I felt into what does it feel like when you are moving in a direction that is true for you, right? That is aligned with your soul.
And this can be in relationships and it can also be elsewhere. But it very much feels like when you are in your power, when you're aligned with your soul, you are very present, like you are in your body.
I was seeing you walking down a path, you're in nature, and I could hear the birds, I could hear the crunch, like the ground beneath my feet, the air on my face. I was very present.
I felt all of my senses, and I felt so calm, like I was in nature and I could hear this and feel this symphony around me. And that made me feel internally like I felt clear and I felt calm.
And it felt like if I had to make a decision or I came to a fork in the road, I could stop and I could breathe and I could just feel the right way to go because I was able to take time. I wasn't in a rush. There was nothing going on in my brain.
I was just really in my body. So that might be a heads up, or maybe you already do this and are aware of it.
When things feel really good for you, or when you're moving in a direction in this way, this is yes, your soul is like, yes, you should feel in your body, you should feel calm, you should be making decisions from a place that you can stop and pause.
And then I felt into what is it like when you're not aligned? Because we all have things and like ways that we move in the world that sometimes are not aligned for us, or they take us in the wrong direction, like off our path.
And for you, this energy felt like it's like my brain was trying to access my heart. And as it was doing this, it was pulling out old, I saw them like little ghosts. It was like old echoes of the past.
Again, this old energy, old relationships, old moments, old hurts and pains. It was like those were coming up, and then my brain was using that information to make decisions.
It was dissecting, it was overthinking, it was reliving, and it was like going through everything I'd ever gone through that had hurt my heart.
And I was like trying to figure out, okay, well, if that happened then, then I'll do this this time, and then I need to change this. Or it was so busy, like I was not present at all.
Everything I was going off of was based on something that had happened in the past that then makes me feel discouraged about the future or where I'm headed, and I'm just unwinding old stories. So I hope that makes sense.
Very much like out of the body. It was like churning up old stuff and trying to dissect it with my brain so that I could make sense of how to move forward versus I am fully here right now. I am very in my physical humanness.
I can hear the birds, I'm out for a walk. And maybe even that supports you, right?
Maybe even being in nature a lot helps you align with making decisions or moving in a certain way, but being present versus living kind of in the past and then trying to use that past information of what you've experienced to dictate how you should
move forward. So I hope that is helpful.
You know, I spent some time with your energy because for a while there it didn't, it wasn't super comfortable with me reading the energy, which does happen sometimes again when I said like our hearts are a little bit tentative, like, oh, I don't know
if I want someone to go in here. So it took me a little while. And and then I just said, you know, is there anything that Carly can take away from this? You know, what is some final advice, you know, regarding relationships, regarding her heart?
And this kind of just moved through me. So sometimes I get a little bit of poetry and some very specific words, so I'm just gonna read this. So it says, go within.
Excavate how, why, where you hurt. Dig it up, find the treasure, feel the pain, release the pressure, let it rain. Water washes out the old, the stagnant feelings you had to hold, deep within you, for no one could see how it shaped who you would be.
You've overridden, danced with tears, all in silence of your fears. It isn't you, it never was. You are beauty just because.
Put your hands upon your heart, put the horse before the cart. First things first, go within. Feel your feelings, let them in.
Dance with darkness, dance with rage, release your body from its cage. It might sound simple, but yes, it's true. Your key to freedom is here for you.
So, yeah, that's a poem that just moved moved through for you, and hopefully you can take something away from that. And yeah. Here's your first reading, all about the heart and so many different interesting things in there.
